Membership Refunds:

  • Membership fees are non-refundable, except in exceptional circumstances. Requests for refunds based on exceptional circumstances will be considered at the discretion of the management.

Subscription Membership Packages and Recurring Payments:

  • For subscription membership packages, payment will be taken immediately upon signup, and subsequent payments will be automatically charged on a monthly basis.
  • Payments are processed securely through Worldpay, ensuring the confidentiality and security of your payment information.

Membership Cancellation:

  • To cancel your membership, please send an email to info@fivepointswrestling.co.uk with your full name and membership details.
  • We will process membership cancellation requests within 30 days in most instances. You will receive confirmation of your cancellation via email.
  • Please note that any membership fees already paid are non-refundable, except in exceptional circumstances as mentioned above.
